We took our very "own" (MCC) pick-up for Charagua out for ride last Sunday, visiting our former host family in Morganland colony. That trip has been immensly simplified and shortened by the opening, just two days earlier, of the
Paila Bridge east of Santa Cruz. We whizzed over the Rio Grande in record time and marveled at the modernity of it all. You can see the old bridge off to the left in this photo.
