Meet Gracie!

We've had a new family milk cow for about six weeks now. Her name is Gracie, and as it appears that she's (finally) going into labor with a calf at this very moment, I thought I should introduce her at last.

She appears a bit shy, which is probably at least partly because the kids and I haven't hung out with her that much yet.

We sold Susie and Sally to good homes, and switched over to a full Jersey cow in order to get more milk (more cheese!).

So here she is!
