Today began the "real" planting: corn on the home place.
We know it's for real because we had
terere beside the field.
We also know it's for real because this kid has been in turbo mode all day.
While she actually got the most tractor time.
It was the most beautiful day imaginable: sunny, 70s, and no wind (for once). We even had a hot dog roast for supper, over a fire of sticks gathered from around the yard. Spring is definitely here.
